 1- Governance Audit and Review-all organization members fill out a written assessment

      Results are tabulated and analyzed and recommendations presented

 2- Participative policy making

     Requires 3-4 meetings devoted to primarily policy-making

1st meeting -presentation of report of governance review and identification of policies needed

2nd meeting -presentation of draft policies

3rd meeting amended polices-approval

4th meeting if necessary
