Conflict is a normal part of human existence. However within a TS, conflict can play a destructive role if it is not normalized and accepted as part of the work of the TS. The covert mission of many social TSs is to explore uncharted territory-the space where solutions to complex problems can be found. However, that which is not already claimed is open to many competing interests and expressed and unexpressed claims of ownership. Destructive conflict may result when a TS is unconscious of its approach to conflict.

The TS conflict resolution service package includes:

	Confirm the assessment tool for assessing group dynamics and processes. This would include, but is not limited to the following: member participation, decision-making, conflict resolution and roles and responsibilities.
	Conduct individual interviews with TS members
	Compile the obtain responses and prepare a written summary which identifies strengths and areas for improvement
	Prepare a group presentation of the findings
	Present findings and facilitate group discussion of issues
	Facilitate the development of an action plan

Requires 1 day of member participation in a workshop format
